VAT
Q: Can you zero rate the VAT on my order?
A: Yes, if you are planning to purchase your container(s) through a VAT-registered company based in the Republic of Ireland, we can zero-rate the VAT on your invoice when you send us your VAT number. This is possible as we are HQ in Armagh, Northern Ireland and we are a VAT-registered UK company.
Delivery
Q: Do you deliver?
A: Yes! We do! All our quotes include delivery and crane offloading with our hiab lorry, meaning we coordinate all the logistics, so you can sit back and relax!
Q: Where do you deliver?
A: We deliver right across the island of Ireland.
Q: How soon can you deliver?
A: We aim to deliver all orders within 7 days. If you have an ideal date in mind for delivery please let us know as soon as possible so we can guarantee this for you.
Q: What space do we need?
A: For delivery, we require a clearance of 12ft wide and 14ft high at your delivery location for access for a 20FT delivery. If you are purchasing a 40FT container we need the same access at your entrance, but plenty of room to turn and offload in your yard. It is your responsibility to ensure that there is enough room for access. If you are unsure about your delivery location, please send us some photographs and videos via Whatsapp, and we can engage with you to find a suitable delivery approach. WhatsApp: (00353) 0874842069
Q: What do you deliver with?
A: You can see our delivery trucks pictured below. We have a 20FT trailer for deliveries where access is restricted, for example at your home.
Q: What info do you need for delivery?
A: When placing your order, we will require some information on where you would like the container placed on your property. Pictures and videos are really helpful here also!

Q. How do I place my order?
A: To place your order phone us (0874842069) or confirm via email sales@shippingcontainersireland.com.
Q: How do we pay?
A: We require just 50% of the invoice total to be paid before delivery with the remaining 50% paid once you have received your container. Once you have made your payment send us proof of payment via email (screenshot from your banking app or screen). We recommend issuing a bank transfer however we can also take card payment online or over the phone.
