Delivery Information

Entrance Space Requirements

For a 20FT container, we require clearance of 12ft wide and 14ft high at the entrance to your delivery location. Without this we cannot access your property.

For a 40FT container, we need the same access at your entrance, as well as ample room for turning in off the main road in addition to plenty of room to turn and offload at your premises.

Container Offloading Space Requirements

For offloading of both 20FT and 40FT units, we require an additional meter clearance at each side of the trailer for the crane stabilising legs to extend, in order to use the crane. This ground must be level and sturdy e.g. tarmac, concrete, hard fill etc.

Height Requirements

We require a minimum height clearance of 14FT at your entrance. You might not mind us ‘catching the branches’ but we have important equipment that we cannot get damaged - so if you need to cut tress back ahead of our arrival please do so.

In the offloading location we require unrestricted height access. We do not crane offload under, or near to overhead lines of any type. If you fail to inform us of overhead lines at your delivery location it is your responsibility to advise of an alternative offloading location. If you do not have this, your delivery will be cancelled and you will be responsible for a cancelled delivery charge of €650.

Terrain

Please note that we do not drive through grass on any deliveries as the weight of the truck, crane, trailer and container are too heavy and will get bogged. This is regardless of weather conditions.

Our Delivery Fleet

You can see our delivery trucks pictured below. We have a 20FT trailer for deliveries where access is restricted, for example at your home.

Your Responsibility

It is your responsibility to ensure that there is enough room for delivery and offloading. If we arrive on the day and there is not enough access, you will be liable to pay a minimum cancelled delivery charge of €650.
